sorry i’ve been terrible!

I can’t believe I haven’t written anything since the end of June! Where do the days go?!

Well I’m back, dedicated and full of fun and interesting things!

For starters I have just finished my summer 2011 collection! And, having just got engaged I’ve designed a whole collection of beautiful, feminine and imoportantly affordable bridal wear!

My beautiful model is Natasha Graham, shes an absolute doll and so gorgeous!

This summer I’ve also done a fair bit of travelling. I’ve been to Greece, where I relaxed in Athens and danced the night away in Mykonos… check back soon for my fav places to eat, drink and sunbathe in each place

I’m so hounoured that Cheryl wanted to wear the dress I designed for Charlotte Olympia. Its part of our summer collaboration. It was great fun collaborating with amazing shoes designer (and my childhood friend) Charlotte! I hope you love the 1940’s pin-up inspired dresses and matching shoes!

I’m so excited about the election! For any of you who are first time voters remember how important it is to vote! We are lucky enough to live in a democracy and have a vote (women have only had equal voting rights as men since 1928!)… so use it!

One of my best friends, Lisa, introduced me to this quote by Eleanor Roosevelt;

“a woman is like a tea bag – you can’t tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water”

I think it is so inspirational and true! We, as women, are all so strong when we need to be, sometimes I surprise myself with my courage, strength and perseverance!

We all face difficult periods at some point in our life and this is a great quote to remember to help us through those times!

My wonderful friend also has a great website with gift items that are all delivered in fab black gift boxes with a big pink bow- great for times when you aren’t seeing someone but need them to know you are thinking of them, be it for their birthday, mother’s day or any special occasion!
