Juliette Offenbach is a young up and coming British fashion designer based in London. Her fashion label, Pink Label by Gina Bacconi was launched in 2007.
Born in London and surrounded by a range of creative talent, Juliette has all the credentials a young fashion designer could need. Unlike her peers however, she took a different route to becoming a designer by studying for a degree in Economics, which, combined with a diverse background in fashion (including stints working as a fashion PR and celebrity stylist in the US and UK) allows her to approach her designs with an incredible business-savvy flair.
Embarking on the quest to find the perfect party dress, Juliette draws on her surroundings for inspiration. “I love people watching; even the most horrendous outfits, and I’ve seen a few, can be inspiring in some way.” Keen to add a splash of the exotic to her extremely wearable designs, Juliette is always on the lookout for new inspiration. “I find the most beautiful colours while travelling; they can be fabrics, ornaments…I’ve even come back with a small pot of blue paint from Greece, there is just so much more colour in hot sunny countries than there is in London.”
Her unusual approach to creating Pink Label has resulted in a gorgeous mix of luxurious fabrics, softly draped skirts, feminine florals and subtle hints of sparkle. Already on her fifth collection, Juliette’s ultimate party dresses have been snapped up by over 100 stockists worldwide, including Fenwicks and Selfridges. With celebrity followers such as Natalia Vodianova, Lilly Allen and Peaches Geldof, Pink Label is set to become the place to come to for party girls looking for that oh so perfect dress.
